Abstract

The article deals with the mixed formulation and the Galerkin-least squares finite element method in the plane strain case. In addition to the completely incompressible case, also especially the general case is considered. Isotropic Hooke's material law is applied. In the numerical applications, three-node triangular element is used. Determination of the sensitizing parameter value is described.
